Aussie Wine Group Direct is a family-owned company based in Newcastle, NSW, which services the wine needs of families and workplaces right across Australia. We develop strong and reliable relationships with small boutique vineyards in order to create a win/win/win situation – the customer wins because they get great prices and access to vineyards they may not have encountered before, the vineyards win because they’re able to promote their wines to so many more people, and we win because we can achieve all of this! As a young company, we are alert and energetic, actively taking an interest in the needs and wants of our customers and those who have not bought from us yet. In doing so, we’re able to truly satisfy our customers, and develop long-term relationships.
 
How it works…
 
You buy when you want and get what you want – We don't believe in locking you in to buy from us several times a year. Our customers purchase wine from us when they want to. We are not a club, and therefore don’t have membership fees, so each purchase is made because you see value in what we are offering. We often have special packs that we put together to meet demand, or you can choose your own selection from our fantastic range. Either way, you’re going to get what you want. And, don't you just love the fact that you can browse our online store at any time of the day, from the comfort of your home or office?
 
We really look after you – If you order online, you can be assured that there is a real person looking after your order, every step of the way, to ensure that it gets to you as quickly as possible. If you choose to phone us to place your order (on 1300 733 012), we'll take the time to get to know exactly what kinds of wine you enjoy, so that we can make suggestions on wines you may not have tried yet. It’s like having your very own friend in the wine industry!
 
No more traipsing out to the local bottle shop and searching high and low on the shelves for hours – Say no more?? Our wine is delivered safely to your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days. And you probably won't find our wines in the bottle shops anyway...
