The vision for Kingston had its genesis in the antiquity of Europe. In the 1950s Sarantos Moularadellis brought the tradition to South Australia where today his family continues to develop his winemaking art. To proudly celebrate their heritage, the family has adopted the symbol of Dionysus, the Classic God of wine.

The Eminent range showcases their limited release varietal wines, considered the pinnacle of each vintage. Only parcels of wine displaying exceptional fruit vibrancy and intensity of flavour make the final selection for this label. The wines are assessed not only for their youthful qualities, but an ability to develop their full potential with further bottle maturation.

This 2006 Chardonnay shows why the variety is the most sought after white wine in the world today. It displays an intense array of peach, grapefruit and melon flavours across a richly textured palate with hints of creamy vanilla from selected parcels of fruit that were barrel fermented and matured. This wine's remarkable balance and complexity of flavour make it a contemporary Australian style. On release, enjoy its attractive youthful qualities or allow it to develop further flavour complexity with medium term cellaring.
