Made from hand picked grapes grown in the iron stone clay soil of the Shiraz block at Mt Jagged Vineyard, aged in new and seasoned French oak for 12 months, and co-fermented with a small parcel of hand picked viognier that is sourced from an Adelaide Hills vineyard. This is the best representation of the soil and climate from the vintage for Mt Jagged Shiraz. Only 250 dozen made. Enjoy!
